Bustnika was founded by Eyal Engelmair in January 2014 after years of working in the field of urban ecology.

To promote the vision of a green - edible city - a city whose residents take advantage of every possible corner for growing edible plants - vegetables, spices, herbs and of course fruits.

 

Bustnika is proud to take part in global change and allow people to bring nature to their doorstep, creating a private paradise within urban spaces.

 

Bustnika creates and cultivates edible gardens throughout Tel Aviv and Gush Dan specializing in urban growing solutions on roofs, balconies and ground.  From the consultation and planning stage, to the design and creation of gardens, through the maintenance, care and conversion of ornamental gardens to beautiful edible gardens.

A home-made edible garden is so many things: a place to meet, a connection to simplicity, a source of quality food, and a seasonal and healthy diet.
